Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Currently we accept most United, Aetna, and Cigna PPO plans. We bill your insurance, and you will have no out of pocket cost.

Text your Name, birthdate and a picture of your insurance card to (480) 242 5588 and we will verify your coverage!

When is the best time to come see you?

Ideally, come in for a pre-natal visit when you are still pregnant. 3rd trimester, before 36 weeks is optimal! This will allow you to be educated and ready for when baby arrives.

If baby has already arrived, then come see us any time! If anything hurts, or if anything feels too hard, or if baby is struggling. Come in sooner rather than later!

Can you help me with bottle feeding?

Yes! We are here to help you feed your baby, in whatever way you are doing it.

Most of our clients do a combination of feeding at breast, and feeding bottles. Quite a few clients pump exclusively, or feed formula.

How about pumping?

Yup! We help with that as well. Getting your pump settings optimized, and having your flanges sized perfectly will make a HUGE difference when it comes to pumping.

We also help with developing pumping schedules for our clients who are returning to work, so they can optimize and make pumping at work realistic!

I think feeding is ok. Why should I come see you?

Even if feeding is going ok, we can usually help to optimize the experience for you and for baby. We can also look at what you can expect to deal with in the future, and help you to make a plan for sleep, travel, going back to work, starting solids, or weaning.

I learned so much by following people on TikTok, why should I work with an IBCLC?

People on TikTok sometimes have some great content. And sometimes the content online is absolute garbage. Most people who have huge followings on social media, have them because they are good at marketing, not necessarily because they are good at lactation help. A lot of the time they have no formal training and just share what worked for themselves (or what they get paid to share… yikes!)

Why should I choose Breast for baby?

Breast For Baby is the place where we will look at your entire situation. Not just a breast and a mouth.

Trine has specialized training in inducing lactation, low milk supply, oral ties and the re-building of oral skills after release procedures, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Primitive Reflex integration, Infant movement and milestones.

We take the time to get to know you and your baby. Your situation. Your history. We do not compromise on the level of personal care we provide.

Where do I start?

Send a picture of your insurance card, along with your birth date and full name to (480) 242 5588, so we can verify your insurance coverage.

If you do not have insurance coverage, you can book a visit any time by following the BOOK NOW buttons her on the website, or you can text (480) 242 5588, and we can help you! - if we are with clients, it may take a little while to get a reply)
