WHAT can we help you with?

PRE-NATAL PREPARATION (1 hour, $120)

(for when you are expecting the arrival of your baby in the next few months)

This is the time for us to get to know each other, and get a good understanding of what you see as you feeding goals. We will go over your health history to account for any concerns that may impact your success. This allows me to better customize the information I give you.

Get guidance on how to prepare for feeding, what to expect, which products are great to have, (and which you definitely do not need)as well as resources for getting successfully through the first weeks.

Please feel free to bring a support person, and a list of your questions!

INITIAL VISIT WITH BABY (2 hours, $220)

(For latching, exclusively pumping, or formula feeding parents)

This is your first visit with your baby. It is a full two hours, as we have a lot to cover! All visits will be a bit different, but the things we tend to cover are : Your health history, breast and nipple damage management (if needed), physical, structural assessment of your baby, oral function assessment of your baby, a weigh gain assessment, pump guidance and flange sizing, supplementation and optimal bottle feeding guidelines (if needed).

Pumping, bottle refusal, latching issues, milk supply issues, and anything else you struggle with can be our focus in this visit. This is YOUR time!

We will write you a detailed care plan, for optimizing your feeding experience!

FOLLOW UP VISIT (1 hour, $120)

(book this option, if you and your baby have seen us before)

In this session we will go over any changes since our last visit, talk about how your care plan was implemented, and discuss if and how your plan can be changed to accommodate for progress made.

You can also book a follow up to go over pumping, starting solids, bottle refusal, or weaning. Any and all things can be discussed during this visit. This is your time!

PRE-NATAL PREPARATION GROUP CLASS (2 hours, Free)

(Class is generally offered once a month)

Prepare for the initial weeks of infant feeding. Each class will be a bit different, as no two families need the exact same education, but these are some of the basics everyone will learn:

How to prepare for feeding your new baby, which products may be helpful (and which are NOT), pump education, red flags to watch out for, what you can expect in the first few weeks, identifying normal infant behavior,

Generally, clients are encouraged to take this class in the third trimester, and before 36 weeks of pregnancy.

LACTATION WITHOUT BIRTHING 1 hour $150 (Trine)

Adopting a baby, expecting via surrogate, or wish to make milk for the baby your partner is carrying?

Much like a prenatal visit, we will discuss your goals for feeding your baby. This visit may include education on medication, pumping, pump choices, and supplements. We will make a plan to fit your schedule and your needs, taking health history, previous experience, baby's age, and matching date into account.

LACTATION AFTER LOSS No cost (Trine)

The physical process of making milk is often a painful reminder following the loss of a later term pregnancy, or a still birth. I will help you with milk suppression, or exploring options for donation. Please text me to set up an appointment if there is nothing available very soon. I realize time is of the essence, and I am willing to meet with you after hours.
