  • Founder, Mentor

    ~Mesa Location~

    Trine is an advanced skills lactation consultant, who connects with her clients on a personal level. She works with new families to assess their entire situation, and incorporate movement and oral exercise into every care plan. She has had very diverse training, and likes to pull on knowledge from many different areas in her visits.

    • Worked in postpartum/ lactation support since 2005

    • CFT trained (Gillespie method, for adults, children, and infants)

    • Functional assessment of oral ties

    • Training of oral function after release procedures

    • Assisted in oral release procedures

    • Primitive reflex assessment and integration

    • Therapeutic movement for social, emotional, and neurological development.

    • Inducing milk production (for non-birthing parents)

Heidi Kim, our lactation consultant in Queen Creek. Ready to help you feed and care for your baby.

    Heidi was Trine’s student before she received her board certification. She has a skillset that sets her apart from others, and makes her a perfect fit for families looking for support that is a bit different than the average. Heidi loves to dive deep into research, try things for herself, and she leads with passion in her work. She draws from personal experience in many of her specialty skills.

    Sarah graduated the academic lactation program at ASU, passed her board exam in 2024, and has been Trine’s student at Breast For Baby for the last year. Sarah worked with local lactation consultants when she had her own babies, and has been wanting to help other new parents gain the knowledge and skills to parent more easily since then. Sarah works with her clients in their homes, and in the Mesa office on Tuesdays.

    • Has been in the birth and baby world since she had her first baby in 2014, and realized she needed help!

    • Passed Board Exam in 2024
